  We arrived at the lakes in October 16 and are due to move at the end of this month (Jan 18) as we are leaving the area. We are British expats with a 4 year old. We have been renting a very spacious 2 floor, 3 bedroom apartment in block 4.
  I'd recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a clean, safe environment for their family. The whole complex is well maintained by hard working, friendly maintenance staff. The pool area is gorgeous - numerous bbq's available for your own use, sun loungers and the pool is positioned to get the sun all day. There is however a beautiful shaded area with seating.
  There are many free events catered for families over the Spring/Summer months that the staff organise. We enjoyed a childrens pool party with dj , Valentine's event and numerous others.
  There is a business center with access to the internet as well as a 20 seat cinema available to use with prior booking.
  Maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Pest control visited and sprayed and we had no bug problems during our stay.
  The location is perfect for enjoying la Centerra for a meal & drink so you can leave the car at home. In Spring the new cinema complex that opens there will be an added bonus for this location.
  Trader joes can be reached on foot for groceries as can Target.
  They are dog friendly and there is a dog park as well as a park for younger children.
  We have been shown nothing but kindness from the leasing office staff, they have been professional and thorough and easy to deal with.
  Its worth noting that we did not flood here during the terrible hurricaine harvey.
  I'd have no problems whatsoever recommending this apartment complex to others.
