  AVOID Laguana Pools at all costs. Don't be taken in by their computer drawings, they are just drawings. We spent 80,000 dollars on a pool they built. They made an error with the plaster, it was stained and they told us it was due to the drought in 2011. This was 2013 and they had the nerve to ask us why we didn't use pebble tech. We had a hefty budget, but you have to stop spending somewhere. We have cracks in the stamped concrete they laid and we repeatedly asked them to fix this problem, not their problem they told us. Last summer we could not use our slide because it was not slick at all. They wouldn't even give us the name of the slide builder for us to have them fix the problem. They say they will put in a work order, after multiple calls to them still no response. The rocks on the slide are faded and we need them re-tinted, I'm sure you know their response by now. Run away from this company as fast as possible!!!!
