  I had the worst experience with Porscha the "manager" at this location, the worst attitude and professionalism ever! Eyes rolling and smart-ass attitude is all unnecessary to convey your store policy across. No adhearnance to customer satisfaction whatsoever. I was retuning 4-6yr old girls panties that were supposed to be a gift for a nieces that didn't come into to town. I explained that they went from the store to a gift bag and then back to the store for a refund, I had to reach (call) corporate from the store to receive my refund that could have been done from a franchise level store or so I was told. The whole experience was unnecessary and immature, i felt as if I was addressing my 4 year old son when they decid to eye roll me. Corporate: before you decide how long a person has been employed at your locations please make sure their attitudes and level of professionalism at to par as well.
  
  The store experience: their selection of clothes has minimized compared to the Galleria, and I know I am aware that they are an outlet store, but just putting it out there.
