  As a local Carpet and Tile Cleaning company it is important that are vans are kept up and running. When 1 vans transmission went down it wasn't quite the end of the world. When a 2nd vans transmission went down within a week of the 1st, well that hurt.
  
  Gary was able to get both of our vans out and back on the road within 3-5 business days on each van. That's unreal! I've had a transmission shop take 2-3 weeks to do this same thing. But what was truly impressive was not just how quickly they got the vans out, but that Gary actually understood and cared that it effected our business.
  
  We will surely be customers for life! While I hope we don't have a visit anytime soon except for routine maintenance on the transmission, it was a pleasure doing business with Gary.
