    Very bad customer service. After dropping off my clothes,i discovered that there was a mistake in the invoice and that they counted some for dry cleaning and some for laundry while I Only wanted press-only for everything. So I called back 15 min later to fix this misunderstanding but they refused to fix it and told me that they've already distributed the clothes and that it's not their problem and that I can come and pick up my stuff now . So I came and took my stuff back and they told me they don't need my business and that their boss knows how well they work . They could have just fixed the problem and put the stuff in the press-only items .
