  The oil change is not totally free and you have to wait for 2 to 3 hours.
  I just had very bad experience with them today. I was there for a tire change and I waited for about 2.5 hours in the service waiting room ... Just at the time I went outside for a moment (maybe 5 minutes), my car service was done so I missed their call. I was back in the room and waited for another 30 minutes. The lady at the front desk (next to the entrance door) did not check on me or call me until I asked her if my car was ready (30 minutes more wasted)... I'm not sure the lady taking her job seriously or maybe she just doesn't care... Overall, bad experience with Honda Services. With two more bad experiences with Honda in the past, I would say that's enough... My next car won't be a Honda for sure.
